Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If FlashDocs is materially not working as described, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge and we will issue a full refund for that billing period. Partial-month refunds are otherwise not provided, since generation costs are incurred per use.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a short grace period before pausing paid features. Your data is retained during this window.
